Motion Transportation
Motion Transportation has been selected as the official ground transportation
provider for our New Orleans destination.
Motion Transportation is offering NILG Conference attendees a special rate of
$34 round trip or $20 one way from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International
Airport to the New Orleans Marriott. Reservations can be made by going to their
website at www.motiontransportation.com and entering group code: ILG-2011
Make your reservation early, requests within 72 hours of arrival are not
guaranteed and may not be eligible for the discount.
Pick-up is on the lower level, outside the baggage claim area. Look for a greeter
holding the NILG Conference sign. If you do not see anyone from Motion
Transportation, please call dispatch at (504) 390-3567. Please be advised that
Motion Transportation can offer this discount by coordinating multiple
passengers at the same time. You should expect wait times up to 30 minutes
prior to departing the airport to the hotel.
There may be an additional charge for excessive baggage. Driver gratuities are
not included and at your discretion, please base on the professionalism and
service of each driver.
